Founded in 2002, Engtex Metals (Utara) Sdn Bhd (formely known as Eng Lian Hup Manufacturing Sdn Bhd) is one of the leading manufacturers of high quality welded ribbed wire mesh and hard drawn wire and steel grille products. We are a wholly-owned subsidiary of Engtex Group Berhad that is listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia since 2002.

EMU Welded Ribbed Wire Mesh is a steel reinforcement material in concrete that is used to replace the traditional “cut & bend” steel bars to provide considerable savings in time, labour and costs. Our welded ribbed wire mesh (standard mesh and cut to size mesh) complies with Malaysia Standard MS 145:2014 – ribbed wire mesh for the reinforcement of concrete.

EMU Hard Drawn Wire is a cold drawn wire produced from low carbon steel wire rods and widely used in construction industry as well as electrical components and furniture part. Our hard drawn wire (round wire and ribbed wire) complies with Malaysia Standard MS 144:2014 & MS 146:2014.

EMU Welded Wire Steel Grille/Fence is manufactured using latest European technology that meet both local and international world class fencing standards (BS EN 10233-7:2012). We produce welded steel security grille/fence, anti-climb grille/fence and other industrial grille/fence for furniture, electrical and other industries. It can standalone or come with package of pre-welded panels, stainless steel U-clips, stainless steel bolt and nuts, galvanized steel caps and pre-zinc galvanized posts. Our welded wire steel grille/fence complies with ASTM and BS standard.
